Here is a portrait of my beautiful friend, Jamie commissioned by Michael. It was fun painting her, and I hope to do more portraits in the future! My process from start to finish:

Self Portrait

I took a photo of this in my sketchbook. The mediums I used for this was gouache on molskine paper. Impulse and the way I felt at the time inspired this. Sometimes I feel sad, apologetic, and and lost. It's a frustrating feeling, but everything will be ok.
